| Essential Qualification and Experience • Candidates must passed Post-graduate degree in Science, Engineering or Technology with 2 years of relevant experience. A good understanding of the science and research ecosystem of India will be given preference. • The candidate will require to have advanced competency with graphic art, design, content creation, video editing, audio editing, ability to come up with new ideas. Advanced proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Biorender is required. • The candidate will require to possess skills such as multitasking across projects at various stages, time management, high quality of work and attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, turnaround work requests in a short timeline, and build competence with new and diverse software / platforms in a relatively rapid manner. • The candidate will be expected to undertake work-related travel for IndiaBioscience meetings, workshops, and presence and participation in the YIM meetings. Ability to be able to undertake travel as needed by the organisation / Executive Director is an essential requirement of this role. Desired Experience • A demonstration of collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively and accomplish goals in team settings will be advantageous.
